RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

1.::How can I return the ordered goods and claim refund?
     For the refund of the returned items, customer must afford the shipping fee.
     We will refund you  the total amount of returned item after shipping fee.

2.::What is your return policy?
     Return & Exchange Policy If you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
     you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags)
     within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

3.::What if I receive a defective bag?
     We are pretty much unlikely to meet such problems as we only supply fine quality handbags.
     Moreover, we use dual quality control to avoid shipping sub standard items.
     Would the defect be related to manufacturing, we will offer you a replacement solution.
     But you must contact with our sales, no later than 2 business days from the day you received it.
